Over two weeks returning faulty item
So far over two weeks and no refund despite telling my cousin it had been processed over a week ago. This item was over 2k (Prophet 5 Rev 4.) which arrived faulty and fault confirmed. Refund processed when chased on Monday. Now we're at Friday the refund did not show up. MM customer team said it be on his account by end of week! Now bills have gone out and charged for each direct debit bounced. AVOID! We've been very patient up until now but this just taking the mick over two weeks and nothing.
