Good Showroom with plenty of PA Speakers
I recently needed to purchase a new PA solution for my wife who does smaller venues and regularly supplies her own system. I didn't even know Musicmatter existed but when I searched to find a retailer that specifically had a brand I was looking for they came up as a premium partner. I was really surprised when I got to the showroom as they had lots of different PA set up and ready for demonstration not just in boxes! In the end we settled for a Studiomaster column system which was actually very similar to the HK audio system we were looking at originally, but around £75 less. The guy was helping us in the showroom definitely knew what he was talking about and went through all the different options still demoing a number of other solutions so we could be completely confident that column PA was the right way to go. It's hard to find people that know what they're talking about in shops that sell good products nowadays so I'll definitely be giving them a visit if we need any other bits and bobs, I also liked that they weren't pushy at all when we were talking about microphones suggesting instead of buying a cheaper system (which I discovered was similar to what we have already) I should stick with what I already had until I was in a position to replace it with the proper Sennheiser EWD solution, I know a lot of shops would've just taken the money and run...

Over two weeks returning faulty item
So far over two weeks and no refund despite telling my cousin it had been processed over a week ago. This item was over 2k (Prophet 5 Rev 4.) which arrived faulty and fault confirmed. Refund processed when chased on Monday. Now we're at Friday the refund did not show up. MM customer team said it be on his account by end of week! Now bills have gone out and charged for each direct debit bounced. AVOID! We've been very patient up until now but this just taking the mick over two weeks and nothing.
